Colleen Hoke Named as a 2022 Most Admired CEO by the Nashville Business Journal

NASHVILLE, TN – December 5, 2022 – Colleen Hoke, co-founder and chief executive officer of ObjectiveHealth, the Nashville-based integrated research and technology platform company, was named as a 2022 Most Admired CEO by the Nashville Business Journal. The award ceremony took place Monday evening at The Conrad Nashville, where Hoke was announced as a recipient within the private organization category with 101-500 employees.

In 2018, Hoke co-founded ObjectiveHealth with Donald Lazas, MD, and has led the organization through extraordinary growth. Under Colleen’s leadership, ObjectiveHealth has opened 29 research centers of excellence across 16 states and offers unparalleled access to new, cutting-edge treatment options to over 15M patients.

When asked what leadership principle she has leaned on the most this past year, Hoke responded, “80 percent of life is showing up; you’ve got to be present, show up and meet the people.” She continued by saying, “I’d like to thank my management team and all those who are running into the burning building.”

To assemble this year’s list, the Nashville Business Journal accepted nominations from the public. Nominees were then grouped by category and were invited to participate in a closed round of voting. The CEOs honored are those who scored the highest among their peers and are truly the most admired.

ObjectiveHealth extends their sincerest congratulations to this year’s Nashville Business Journal Legacy award winner, Dr. Tommy Frist Jr., co-founder of HCA Healthcare.
